Playing in Your Simulator League

Everything you need as a player in an indoor simulator league — joining a season, booking your time, entering your score and following the standings. In an outdoor group? See the Member Guide.

1Joining the League & a Season

Joining the league: your commissioner adds you as a member and you get an invitation email. Click Accept Invitation to set a password and confirm your name — then you can log in any time.

Joining a season: each season has its own roster. When a season opens you'll get a season invite — click Count me in or Not this season. No login is needed, and you can change your answer later. Your commissioner may also add you to the season directly.

Once you've joined a season you're one of its players: you can book time, enter scores and appear in the standings.

2Booking Your Time

Click Book in the top nav.

  • Pick the week, day and start time. Only open times are shown.
  • Add other players from the league, or guests, to play with you, up to the season's limit. Guests show as "Guest" on the schedule. Each player takes one slot.
  • You can be in one booking per week, and you can book future weeks.
  • If you made the booking, you can change or cancel it until it starts. If someone else booked you in, ask them or your commissioner for changes.

3Booking Emails

  • Week invite — the week's course and a Book your time button (or your booked time, if you've already booked).
  • Reminder — if you haven't booked yet that week.
  • Booking notices — when you're booked, when a booking you're in changes or is cancelled, and a confirmation when you make a change yourself.
  • Weekly results — after each week is final: your score, your flight's standings and a link to the full standings.

4Entering Your Score

Click Scores in the top nav and enter your gross score for the week after you play. You can enter it once the week has started — you don't need a booking.

You can update or remove your score until your commissioner finalizes the week or enters your score for you. After that it's locked — ask your commissioner for changes.

5Standings & Flights

Click Standings in the top nav. Players are ranked within their flight, and each flight shows what it pays.

  • Only weeks your commissioner has finalized count.
  • A missed week may count as a fill-in score (marked F), and your worst weeks may be dropped (struck through) — the line under the season name shows your league's rules.
  • Players tied on the same total share a place, shown as "T2".
  • Use the season picker to see past seasons.

6Your Dashboard

Your dashboard shows This Week — the course, your booked time (or a Book your time button) and your score (or Enter your score) — and Your Standing: your place in your flight, your total and any payout you're in line for.

Tips & Reminders

  • Book early for popular evening times — each bay holds one group at a time.
  • Enter your score the day you play, before the week is finalized.
  • Playing with friends? One person books and adds the others, so you play back-to-back in the same bay.
